I’m delighted to let you know that we have significantly strengthened the team in Indonesia with two recent hires. Firstly, Marcus Goldstein will be joining the Re>Pal Indonesia Board as Director, Operations. Marcus has been based in Indonesia since 1994 and has a deep knowledge of the business culture across Indonesia. Marcus is fluent in Indonesian and brings an in-depth experience in managing and operating businesses in Indonesia. He is spending a great deal of time in the operations in Pasuruan, East Java and is helping local management with the efficient deployment of the recently raised capital to enable us to utilise the factory to the best of our ability; maximising throughput and utilisation. Marcus is also providing input and local oversight on the all-important area of raw materials sourcing.

Secondly, to complement Marcus’ hire, we are also pleased to say we have appointed Pak Idwansyah as Factory Manager.
