Re>Pal Factory Open Day

I’m delighted to say that we are opening the doors of the factory on September 12 to those interested to see how we Reclaim, Recycle and Reinvent waste plastics. We won’t have rides or amusements, just a team dedicated to processing plastic and saving it from landfill. We will show you the various processes from washing, drying, pelletising, extruding and making the Re>Pal 100% ‘zero waste’ plastic pallets; as well as showing you the cutting process for the molds and the ISO testing facility. At the factory we’ll welcome questions and discuss perhaps how we can reuse your waste streams!

The reuse of commercial businesses’ waste streams is a hot topic right now and we are regularly testing client’s or potential client’s waste. The reuse of the very low value or medium value plastics is important as it then encourages collection. We are always looking for new products that we can ‘reinvent’ from the waste plastic, perhaps seeing the compression molding processes will light some creative fires on the day? I hope to be joined by one or two of our clients to speak about why they decided to use Re>Pal and what sustainability means to their companies.

We look forward to seeing you there, and please don’t forget to register using this link if you are planning to join us!
